Flowers & Quality

What type of flowers do you use?

We work with high-quality silk and real-touch flowers, selected for their natural appearance and lasting quality.

Do the flowers look and feel real?

Yes. Our flowers are selected for their natural appearance and movement. Each arrangement is composed to reflect the look of fresh flowers.

We work with Silk-ka and Emerald Eternal Green, two established suppliers of silk flowers. Many stems are hand-finished and include a “real-touch” coating, giving them a natural look and feel

How long do the arrangements last?

Our arrangements are designed to last for years while maintaining their shape and appearance.

Will the flowers fade or lose their shape over time?

No. The materials we use are made to retain their color and structure over time.

Do the arrangements require any maintenance?

No maintenance is required. Occasionally, a light dusting is sufficient.

Do the flowers have a scent?

No. Our arrangements are scent-free, making them suitable for all environments.

Are the arrangements handmade?

Yes. Each arrangement is composed and styled by hand.

Where are the flowers sourced from?

We work with Silk-ka and Emerald Eternal Green, established suppliers of silk flowers. Their collections are designed in the Netherlands, with attention to form and finish.

Their work is used by international brands such as Louis Vuitton and Harrods, and is now available through Fleur a Vie.

Memberships

How does the Floral membership work?

You choose your membership. We deliver a styled arrangement, and every month we collect and refresh it.

How often will I receive a new arrangement?

Every month.

Can I choose my arrangement or style?

Yes. You can select from our collections or choose the atelier membership where you can share your preferences with us.

Can I change my preferences over time?

Yes. Your preferences can be adjusted as your space or needs evolve.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. Memberships start with a minimum period of three months. After this initial period, you can choose to continue or end the membership.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes. You can pause or cancel with prior notice before the next refreshment.

What happens to my bouquet at the end of the month?

We collect the arrangement and replace it with a refreshed or new composition.

What if the arrangement doesn’t suit my space?

We will work with you to adjust the style so it fits your space.

Can I try the service before committing long-term?

We do not offer a trial month for residential memberships. You are welcome to visit our boutique to view the arrangements and materials before starting a membership.

Is the membership different for residential and business clients?

Yes. We tailor the service depending on the space and requirements.

Delivery & returns

Do you deliver in my area?

We currently deliver within the Algarve. For other locations, please contact us.

How will my bouquet be delivered?

Your arrangement can be collected from our boutique in the centre of Loulé at your convenience.

For a more elevated experience, we also offer a personal delivery service to ensure your bouquet arrives in perfect condition. Delivery within a 15 km radius of our boutique is available for €15.

We also deliver throughout the Algarve. For locations beyond 15 km, delivery can be arranged upon request, with costs adjusted based on distance.

Do you place and style the arrangement in my space?

All bouquets are carefully created in our boutique and warehouse, with attention to shape, balance, and detail. When delivered to your home, we position the arrangement and can make subtle adjustments if needed to suit your interior.

However, each piece is designed to maintain its form and beauty, so only minimal changes are made once the arrangement is complete.

Can I also collect from your boutique?

Yes. Collection is possible from our boutique in Loulé.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timing is arranged directly with you to fit your schedule.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

We schedule deliveries in advance to ensure you are available.

Do you offer services for businesses and commercial spaces?

Yes. We work with offices, hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces.

Can arrangements be tailored to our brand or interior?

Yes. We adapt the style, scale, and colors to your space.

Can you service multiple locations?

Do you offer a trial period for businesses?

Yes, we offer a one-week trial, allowing you to experience the Fleur a Vie service within your space.

This gives you the opportunity to see how our arrangements enhance your environment, reflect your brand, and elevate the overall atmosphere for your clients and team.

How often can arrangements be refreshed for commercial clients?

This can be tailored, typically every 1 to 3 months.

Do you provide larger-scale or statement arrangements?

Yes. We create both subtle and large-scale installations.

Billing & pricing

How does billing work for memberships?

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis using the payment details provided at the time of purchase.

This ensures a seamless and uninterrupted experience, allowing you to enjoy beautifully curated arrangements in your space without any additional steps.

When will my first payment be charged?

The first payment is processed when your membership starts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept standard online payment methods. Details are shown at checkout.

Is delivery included in the membership price?

Delivery is not included in the membership price.

Can I purchase an arrangement without a membership?

Yes, we offer a selection of arrangements available for individual purchase.

Shop Bouquets can be purchased both online and in our boutique, featuring signature Fleuravie pieces designed to last. In addition, our Exclusive Online collection offers a more accessible range, making the Fleur a Vie aesthetic available to a wider audience.

Do your arrangements come with a vase?

Our membership bouquets are including a vase. This is specified per product.

Can I order a custom bouquet?

Yes, we offer bespoke arrangements tailored to your space and preferences.

Custom creations are included within our Atelier Membership, where each piece is designed with a highly personalised approach. We also offer custom bouquets upon request for individual purchase, allowing you to experience a one-of-a-kind Fleur a Vie arrangement.
