Delivery & Shipping Policy — Fleur A Vie
1. Introduction
At Fleur A Vie, we believe every delivery should feel like a special moment — effortless, elegant, and perfectly timed.
This policy outlines how we handle delivery and shipping for both subscriptions and purchased arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience from our studio to your space.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently provide two types of delivery service:

Home Delivery — available exclusively throughout the Algarve region.

Nationwide Shipping — available across mainland Portugal for select items and bouquets.
Please note that we do not currently deliver to Madeira, the Azores, or international destinations.
3. Subscription Deliveries
For our subscription members, each bouquet is delivered according to your selected frequency (monthly or bi-monthly).

Deliveries are typically made between Monday and Friday during standard business hours.

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your bouquet is dispatched.

We kindly ask that someone is present to receive the delivery to ensure the arrangement arrives in perfect condition.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you to schedule a new time or arrange a safe drop-off location, if applicable.
4. One-Time Purchases & Gifts
For individual bouquet purchases (non-subscription):

Delivery within the Algarve: 1–3 business days.

Shipping to mainland Portugal: 3–6 business days, depending on the location.
All shipments are securely packaged to ensure your arrangement arrives in pristine condition.
5. Delivery Fees

Algarve home delivery: included for all subscription plans.

Mainland Portugal: shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
We occasionally offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
6. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will contact you directly to schedule a new delivery time.
After two failed attempts, additional fees may apply for redelivery.
7. Delivery Conditions
All our silk arrangements are carefully packed to maintain their shape and quality.
When delivered, the bouquet is pre-arranged — you only need to gently fluff and place it in your preferred vase.
For customers who purchase one of our vases, we offer an assembly option, where your arrangement arrives beautifully placed inside your chosen vase.
8. Damaged or Lost Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable).
We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
