Purchase & Cancellation Policy
1. One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases, customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once shipped or prepared, cancellations cannot be accepted.
2. Subscriptions
All subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
You may pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Fleur A Vie account or by contacting our support team.
Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
3. Refunds
Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our arrangements, refunds are only accepted in cases of damaged or defective products, as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
