1. Introduction

 

At Fleur A Vie, we take great care in crafting every arrangement and product. Each piece is created with precision and attention to detail, reflecting our commitment to quality and timeless beauty.

We understand, however, that situations may arise where you may wish to return an item.

This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with Portuguese and EU consumer laws.

 


 

 

2. Return Eligibility

 

You may return a product purchased through our website within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

 

Please note that:

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Subscription services (monthly or seasonal flower refresh) are non-refundable once the current delivery has been fulfilled.

  • Returns are accepted only for purchased arrangements, not for rented or subscription-based bouquets.

 

 


 

 

3. How to Request a Return

 

To initiate a return, please contact our team at contact@fleuravie.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Item name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the product.

 


 

 

4. Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insured delivery, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

 


 

 

5. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds apply only to the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

 

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 


 

 

7. Subscription Model

 

Our subscription bouquets are designed to be refreshed monthly.

If you wish to pause, modify, or cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 10 days before the next billing cycleto ensure changes are processed in time.

Subscriptions cannot be refunded mid-cycle once the monthly bouquet has been delivered.

 


 

 

8. Delivery Coverage

 

We currently provide:

  • Home delivery throughout the Algarve region.

  • Shipping across mainland Portugal (standard delivery times apply).
